Description / How To Perform
A ledge tech refers to using 
SDI into the ledge to allow you to Tech an attack. This is almost exclusively used
to survive attempted edgeguards while recovering from offstage. You should be as close to the ledge as possible when getting hit so that your SDI will be more likely to cause you to collide with the ledge.

Stages with walls make this significantly easier, because you can "ride" the wall with Upb and be as close to the ledge as possible.
Inputting the tech somewhat early during your Upb will make this easier to perform by allowing you to concentrate solely on the
SDI.It is highly recommended that you use regular
SDI rather then ASDI when ledge teching. ASDI will have
significantly less of an effect on your position, and there are circumstances where ASDI wont work while regular SDI will.
