If you perform an 
Empty Pivot at the very edge of a platform, you will fall off the edge directly down. Fastfalling this into a ledge grab makes this
an extremely fast way to grab the ledge.
Considering that the Empty Pivot is frame perfect, and the spacing required is ridiculously precise, this is by far the most difficult method of ledge grabbing that can be considered useful. If this were to be trained to decent consistancy however, it would allow for nearly instantaneous ledge grabs out of dashes.

Using a pivot drop is the absolute fastest method of grabbing the ledge, but it's up for debate whether or not this can be done with high consistancy.
